K-Bono

To cover the costs of these tasks and maintenance work, we propose the acquisition of the K-Bono, a pack of technical hours designed to adapt to each client’s needs.

The K-Bono features a tiered system: the more hours contracted, the lower the hourly rate. Conditions are always tailored to provide the best solution for the client, in close collaboration with them.

Before starting any task, the technician and the client agree on the actions to be performed, which are recorded in detail in a Work Log signed by the client as confirmation.

In addition to our technical solutions, at Kiralia, we apply our maintenance philosophy based on years of experience: we recommend the acquisition of warranty extensions offered by the manufacturers themselves. These warranties, designed to cover the equipment’s depreciation period, represent a small additional cost at the time of purchase but can save our clients significant inconvenience and unexpected expenses.

Advantages of contracting a K-Bono:

  1. Better hourly rates: Enjoy reduced pricing by contracting our services in advance.
  2. Protection against price increases: Your rate will remain fixed for the 12-month validity of the bono, even if prices rise.
  3. Priority service: We guarantee priority attention, resolving issues as quickly as possible, always within the next business day.
  4. Free remote access setup: We will install a remote access system at no additional cost to address issues remotely, speeding up resolutions whenever feasible.

With the K-Bono, you not only optimize your costs but also ensure a fast and efficient response to keep your systems running perfectly. At the same time, our recommendation to acquire extended hardware warranties provides peace of mind by protecting your equipment throughout its useful life, minimizing risks and unexpected costs.
