Treatment and improvement proposal: based on the points evidenced by the diagnosis made, the client will be proposed:
The corrective actions of the problems or deficiencies detected.
Recommendations, actions and projects to be undertaken when an improvement opportunity that positively affects the organization’s activity has been identified.
The series of recommendations obtained will be ordered by criteria of:
- Priority: Criticality level (High, medium, low)
- Timing: Short, medium and long term
This information will help us prioritize a future Action Plan.
The documentation provided will also include the results of the inventories that will allow
identifying all the elements of the network and the main configurations of the resources
available, especially the high risk ones.
To evaluate the cost of the service offer, the days of dedication for data collection and for the preparation of the results will be estimated. The technical diagnosis seeks the solutions that best suit the organization in the following areas:
- Equipment, communications
- Business management tools and procedures
- Web
- Security and legal aspects related to information management.
